Dr. Anthony Mendez

Biography

Dr. Mendez has worked in industrial, research, and academic capacities throughout his career, most notably coming to Campbell following a one-year visiting scientist post at an Italian national laboratory as a particle accelerator consultant. He also spent a dozen years working as a particle accelerator physicist at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. His Ph.D in Experimental Nuclear Physics comes from Florida State University. His research interests include accelerated ion beam simulations and nuclear reactions initiated by radioactive ion beams.
