Kimberly Stabingas

Biography

Although born and raised in the state of Pennsylvania, Kimberly Stabingas traveled south and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina. Focusing on human biology during her undergraduate career led her to an interest in clinical medicine, specifically as a Physician Assistant. She graduated from Philadelphia University’s PA Program and became certified as a Physician Assistant in 2011 in addition to a Masters of Science which followed a teaching/education track. She has enjoyed practicing family medicine since 2011. She always had a love for teaching as well as health prevention and has been a clinical preceptor for Campbell University in family medicine since 2014. In November 2020, she joined Campbell University’s PA Program as full-time faculty, and graduated with a second Masters degree in Health Professions Education at Campbell in 2021.Currently she serves as the Director of Experiential Education and is working on obtaining her doctorate.

Mrs. Stabingas is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants and the Physician Assistant Education Association. She has been endorsed by Campbell University through AAPA and their Clinical Preceptor Recognition Program and serves as a Clinical Director for the North Carolina Special Olympics Med Fest Events.
