Biography
Dr. Andrew Darkow is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Campbell University. He also serves as the Chair of Pharmacy Student Education at Duke Regional Hospital. He maintains a practice site at Duke Regional Hospital where he works in adult internal medicine and surgery. He precepts Internal Medicine I and II APPE rotations along with multiple pharmacy resident rotations. Dr. Darkow graduated from Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in 2017. He completed a pharmacy practice PGY1 residency at Duke Regional Hospital, followed by a PGY2 residency in Internal Medicine and Academia at Duke Regional Hospital.
