Biography

After graduating from Fayetteville State University in 2023, JaMaya began her career in higher education as a Housing Specialist at Fayetteville University. Her passion for Residence Life has grown since her sophomore year of college, and she has actively engaged in various roles on the Fayetteville State campus that have deepened her commitment to supporting students.

After a year at Fayetteville State, JaMaya transitioned to her current position as the Administrative Assistant for the office of Residence Life and Housing at Campbell University. Her goal is to ensure that every family feels heard and receives efficient assistance. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where students feel valued and supported, always greeting them with a big smile.
