Jessica Adams

Biography

Ms. Adams is a Nursing Instructor within the Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She was an adjunct clinical instructor for five years prior to joining Campbell’s faculty full-time in 2025. She is a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) with both an Associate Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Excelsior College, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. She has eleven years of clinical practice experience caring for patients of all ages at Betsy Johnson Hospital, primarily in the Emergency Department setting. She is a member of the National League for Nursing, the Emergency Nurses Association, and the National Organization of Nurses with Disabilities. Her research interests include disabilities in nursing, connective tissue diseases, and dysautonomia.
