
Dr. Dianne Yow Daniels

Biography
Dr. Daniels is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at the Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She earned a PhD in Education (Curriculum and Instruction), a Master of Science in Nursing (Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Education), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Stanly Community College. She is a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE).
Daniels has held faculty positions at Stanly Community College, the University of North Carolina Charlotte, the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and Pfeiffer University where she served as the founding Director and Chair of Nursing.
Professional membership includes the North Carolina Nurses Association (graduate of the NCNA Inaugural Leadership Academy). She has been recognized by the Great 100 in Nursing. Research interests include nursing students’ attitudes, interest, and knowledge regarding aging and obesity.
