Biography

Rev. Sharley Davison serves as Program Manager for the Center for Calling and Ministry at Campbell University Divinity School.

A graduate of Campbell, Sharley earned a Master of Arts in Faith and Leadership Formation. Before joining the Center, she served in pastoral ministry at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she led discipleship initiatives for children, youth, and adults. She is passionate about cultivating spaces where people can discern God’s call, grow in their faith, and discover meaningful ways to serve their communities.

Campbell holds a special place in Sharley’s story. It was there that she met her husband, John, who also graduated from Campbell and now serves as pastor of a church in Pittsboro, North Carolina. Together they are raising a blended family with four children, Hannah, Hope, William, and Grayson.

Outside of work, Sharley enjoys baking sourdoughs, crafting stained glass, and spending time with their energetic pups, Cooper and Chuggington. She’s always happy to talk about calling, ministry, or the merits of a really good cup of coffee.
