                            Biography
Dr. Andrew Darkow is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Campbell University and an Internal Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Duke Regional Hospital. He maintains an active clinical practice site at Duke Regional, where he precepts fourth-year pharmacy students and pharmacy residents on Internal Medicine and related learning experiences. In addition to his teaching and clinical responsibilities, Dr. Darkow serves as Chair of Pharmacy Student Education at Duke Regional Hospital.
Dr. Darkow earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in 2017. He completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Duke Regional Hospital, followed by a PGY2 Residency in Internal Medicine and Academia at the same institution.
