Biography

As a Language Professor for 30 years, Professor Hanneman has an extensive experience teaching Portuguese (her original language), Hebrew, Greek and Spanish through English. However, despite having studied Hebrew and Greek since 1990, only in 1993 she concluded the single Greek language program at Equatorial Theological Faculty – Brazil and in 2016, she graduated in Spanish Linguistics at New Mexico State University – USA, with honors. For 25 years she worked as a full-time missionary in different countries in Latin America and Europe until 2008 when she married to Ralph Hanneman and became the mother of twins whose children are also involved in learning other languages. In the past decade, she was the director of the Ministerial Training Institute in Falcon, NC., a small theological school for candidates for the Christian ministry who serve in different communities inside and outside of the country, and since 2004 she has volunteered to work with Hispanic Churches in the Hispanic community in Falcon, NC. In 2016, she started as an adjunct Professor at Campbell University teaching Spanish. Her main hobbies are playing the guitar, sewing clothes and gardening.
