Biography
Cathy Daniels, Ed.D., RTR, RDMS, RDCS, RVT is Director of Ultrasound Training at Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Development from the University of Mount Olive, a Master of Education with focus on Training and Development in Adult Education and Community College Education from North Carolina State University, and a Doctorate of Education with focus on Higher Education Leadership from Walden University. She holds multiple imaging credentials in radiography and diagnostic medical sonography and has over 30 years experience in education and diagnostic imaging. She volunteers on various sonography professional development boards, is a guest presenter for various organizations, and serves as a JRCDMS/CAAHEP programmatic accreditation site visitor and the JRCDMS liaison for the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. She is passionate about ongoing education for medical professionals and assists with creating multiple learning opportunities for the purpose of teaching quality and compassionate patient care. She enjoys reading, gardening, teaching the Bible to the children at her church, and traveling with her husband, Robert. She has four amazing sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and three adorable grandchildren.
