Biography

Major (retired) Chris Psaltis completed his 21 year Army career in 2005. He has been the Campbell ROTC Recruiting Operations Officer since 2002. His service includes time as an enlisted soldier serving both as a Military Policeman and Special Forces soldier. Officer assignments comprised of leadership positions in the Infantry and Signal Corps. He is a graduate of the Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, Georgia. His duty assignments include Germany, Fort Bragg, Fort Hood, Fort Wainwright, Fort Huachuca, and Campbell University ROTC. He received a bachelors of social science from Binghamton University, New York; masters in school administration from Campbell University, North Carolina; and a doctorate in educational leadership from Fayetteville State University, North Carolina.

Dr. Psaltis’ wife, Carmen, is a public school teacher.  They are the parents of four children, Melissa, Christine, Matthew, Troy, and four grandchildren, Lucas, Declan, Iris, and Christopher.
