Biography

Dan Hunt is the Communications Director for Alumni Engagement at Campbell University.

His professional background is primarily in publishing, editing, writing, photography and other forms of media.

Before joining Campbell in Jan. 2023, Dan was the publisher and editor of The Hartwell Sun newspaper in Hartwell, Georgia for close to two years. Previously (2016-21), he served as a news and sports reporter for The Bluffton Today in Bluffton, South Carolina.

The Richmond, Virginia native received a bachelor’s degree in English from East Carolina University in May 2015.
