Dr. Dayna T. Harper serves as the Assistant Director of Student Affairs at Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. Through this role, she oversees student organizations and leadership, diversity and inclusion initiatives, co-curricular development and career development.
Dr. Harper earned a BA in Mass Communications from Grambling State University and an MS in Adult Education from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. She completed her Doctorate of Education from Northern Kentucky University in May 2018. She has over ten years of Higher Education/Administration experience tailored towards student affairs, career services, public/constituent relations, program direction, student services and academic fields both internationally and domestically. Her research interests include diversity & inclusion, student leadership development, faculty development, cultural humility, and professionalism.
Dr. Harper is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., National Association for Careers and Employers (NACE), American College Personnel Association (ACPA), and Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA).
