Currently, Dr. Mikhail established a psychiatric practice that currently has locations in four counties and serves as Medical Director at Good Hope Hospital in Erwin, NC.

It is because of his commitment to providing up-to-date, evidence-based psychiatric treatments and reducing the stigma of mental health and its impact on our community, that Dr. Mikhail has personally mentored medical students and has made available clinical rotations for both medical and physician assistant students at his Coastal Carolina Neuropsychiatric Center clinics affording the new generations of mental health providers a rich learning experience both at the clinic and hospital setting levels.

Dr. Mikhail and his wife, Carla, a North Carolina native, and their two sons live in Jacksonville. They enjoy spending time on the water and traveling.
