Rox Sparks

Biography

Dr. Rox Ann Sparks, DNP, MSN, RN, CNE, CMHIMP, LCN joined Campbell University in 2021 to teach Pathophysiology/Pharmacology in the online RN to BSN Program. In August of 2022 she became the Program Director for the online RN to BSN Program. Previously Dr. Sparks was the Chair of Nursing at another Christian university, along with BSN and RN to BSN Directors. Throughout her career, she has taught multiple subjects for ADN, RN to BSN and MSN/FNP programs including Leadership, Role Transitions, and Politics & Spirituality. Her teaching specialties are Patho/Physiology up to the MSN/FNP level, Health Care Policy, and Informatics.

Dr. Sparks has been in nursing for many years. Her practice specialty area is Emergency Room Nursing. She later became interested in integrative medicine and naturopathy and is a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. She is a Certified Nurse Educator and a Legal Nurse Consultant, owning her own business for the last 15 years while assisting in legal cases for four different law firms.
