Edward Fubara serves as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and as an Associate Professor for the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business. Prior to joining the Campbell community, Dr. Fubara was the Executive Director of a non-profit and a church administrator / minister, a role he continues to serve in.
Dr. Fubara graduated with a B. SC. In Political Science from the University of Benin, an MBA in Personnel Management from Michigan State University, a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Michigan State University, and is in the process of finishing his M.Div at Campbell University.
As a working professional he has had his work published in the Journal of Applied Social Psychology, the Journal of Management Studies, the Journal of Diversity Management, and Christian Higher Education. He is also the author of Lessons from the Life of a Bald-Headed Blind Clown.
