Biography

Farrah Flynn is the Director of Instructional Design at Campbell University, where she plays a pivotal role in enhancing educational technology and implementing andragogical principles for course and faculty development. She leads the Mabel Powell Quality Training program, guiding new faculty through comprehensive training and supporting them in developing courses for Adult & Online Education. Farrah is dedicated to helping faculty employ best practices for online instruction tailored to adult learners.

Farrah holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education from SUNY Brockport, New York, and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University. She is certified in Quality Matters and the Mabel Powell Quality Training for Online Course Design.

Before joining Campbell University, Farrah taught in Nash County Public Schools in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Originally from upstate New York, she relocated to North Carolina in 2022. Farrah’s extensive experience and commitment to educational excellence make her an invaluable asset to the Campbell University community.
