Biography

Dr. Grace Barr is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice with CPHS. She maintains a practice site at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center where she serves as a clinical specialist in geriatric internal medicine and precepts Internal Medicine I & II and Advanced Hospital APPE rotations along with PGY1 residency rotations. Dr. Barr completed an acute care focused PGY1 residency at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. Her research interests include geriatrics, neurology, anticoagulation, and scholarship of teaching and learning,
