Biography

Gustavo Ribeiro’s scholarship focuses on evidence, procedure, and jurisprudence. His work has appeared in the Utah Law Review, San Diego Law Review, The International Journal of Evidence and Proof (peer-reviewed), and Law, Probability, & Risk (peer-reviewed).

Professor Ribeiro currently teaches Property and Evidence at Campbell Law School. Before joining Campbell, he was an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Law, where he taught several courses on property, civil procedure, and contracts, and a litigation associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he specialized in complex commercial real estate litigation. Before that, he served as a law clerk for Judge William G. Young of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Professor Ribeiro earned his S.J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2017 and his bachelor of laws (summa cum laude) from Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2010.
