Biography
Before his arrival at Campbell Law, Williams worked with the Environmental Law & Policy Clinic at Wake Forest University School of Law, where he focused on heirs’ property matters and environmental policy matters for clients who are otherwise unable to afford or access legal representation.
Earlier, Williams worked for Legal Aid of North Carolina in Durham as a Skadden Fellow, where he combated land loss in rural North Carolina by directly representing poor, rural landholders, especially those from minority communities and those affected by hurricanes, in consumer debt and property matters.
Williams also co-founded and served as editor-in-chief of the digital magazine Scalawag and he worked with the Boston Consulting Group, a global consulting firm that partners with leaders in business and society to tackle societal challenges.
A native of Forsyth County, Williams earned his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2020 and his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Yale University in 2012.
