Biography
Katherine Reynolds is an experienced athletic trainer and educator with decades of experience in both the clinical and academic settings. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science with a concentration in Athletic Training from the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
She teaches a range of undergraduate courses in exercise science, anatomy & physiology, and strength and conditioning, both in traditional and adult online education formats. Her clinical background spans collegiate athletics, professional baseball, and military rehabilitation — including her role as a Certified Exercise Reconditioning Specialist with the U.S. Marine Corps’ Wounded Warrior Battalion East in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Katherine holds certifications from the BOC (ATC), NSCA (CSCS), NASM (CES), American Red Cross (FA/CPR/AED Instructor), and is licensed in North Carolina.
She remains active in professional organizations such as NATA, NSCA, and NASM, and regularly mentors students through research and clinical education.
