
Lauren McNamara-Clement
Biography
A former Campbell women’s basketball standout, Lauren McNamara-Clement serves as Coordinator of Athletics Administration for the athletics department after being hired for the position in September 2022.
McNamara-Clement serves as the main point of contact for the athletic director’s office as well as the human resources coordinator for the athletics department, responsible for onboarding and outboarding of departmental staff.
She also assists with completion of all athletics event/game contracts and the development, execution and management of departmental events and projects as directed by the athletics director.
Additionally, McNamara-Clement assists the athletics director with administrative tasks, maintains official office records and performs any other activities to ensure successful daily operations for the athletic department.
McNamara-Clement played four seasons of basketball (2017-21) at Campbell, helping the 2019-20 team win the Big South regular season title. She was named the Big South Scholar-Athlete of the Year her senior season, becoming the first player in program history to earn the honor. Additionally, she was named to the Big South All-Tournament team during the 2020-21 season and became the third individual in program history to surpass 100 career blocks.
