Lily Cozine

Biography

Lily Cozine serves as the Business Operations and Finance Manager at the Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine, where she supports the school’s mission through responsible financial stewardship and thoughtful operational leadership.

A devoted wife to her husband, William, and mother to their daughter, Cleo Jean. Lily is strong in her Christian faith and values the opportunity to serve in a community where faith and purpose are at the heart of the work.

Before joining Campbell University, she worked in various local government units, where she gained broad experience in finance, administration, and public service. Her background has instilled in her a passion for building strong systems, supporting collaborative teams, and ensuring excellence in both operations and relationships.
