Biography
Dr. Leineke is an Associate Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. She has over 30 years of clinical experience, and over 15 years of experience in higher education.
She is Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, is an onsite reviewer for the Commission for Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education and for the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education and is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation through the APTA and Emory University.
Dr. Leineke graduated from West Virginia University with degrees in Exercise Physiology and Physical Therapy. She later completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. In 2019, she earned her Doctorate in Education from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Her current research interests include identifying nystagmus in individuals with vestibular disorders.
