Louisa M. Ward

Biography

Rev. Ward has worked in the Office of Spiritual Life since 2014. She began her work as Associate Minister and became Campus Minister in 2019. In 2022, Louisa was named Dean for Spiritual Life. She received her Master of Divinity from Campbell University and her undergraduate degree from Meredith College. Rev. Ward is the instructor for Connections 100 and 200, the spiritual formation course required of all students at Campbell. She is committed to making space for students to discover who they are and who God is calling them to be, and her special interests are in worship planning, spiritual formation in the college years, and spiritual health and well-being. She is particularly dedicated to helping students discover, explore, and express their faith in God in ways that engage both the head and heart.
