Biography

Lynanne joined the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences (CPHS) in September 2018 as an Admissions Coordinator. Since then, she has served in that role for most CPHS graduate programs at one time or another, most specifically for Masters in Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Public Health and Athletic Training. When the Doctor of Health Sciences program launched in 2021, she managed admissions for that program as well.

Most recently, Lynanne’s position has transitioned to include recruitment activities, which added the title of Counselor to her job description. Her primary admissions responsibilities now involve admissions management for just the Department of Clinical & Pharmaceutical Sciences, and recruitment for both graduate and undergraduate CPHS programs.

Lynanne is passionate about sharing information with undergraduate students who are uncertain about their pathway into the health sciences field and spends a good amount of time meeting with students and staff at the many community colleges in the state who send transfer students to Campbell. Lynanne also works steadily to promote clinical research and pharmaceutical sciences to as excellent career choices for science-loving students in North Carolina.

Lynanne earned her bachelor’s degree in 1995 from Granite State College in New Hampshire, where she also worked as the Publications Director within the Student Affairs department. A nontraditional student, Lynanne completed her degree while raising two children and working full-time. After moving to North Carolina in 1997, Lynanne worked as a technical writer, a managing editor, the exec. director of a charter high school, and the membership director at a Chamber of Commerce before joining Campbell University.
