Dr. Madison Treadway

Biography

Dr. Treadway is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice with CPHS. She is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist (BCACP) and practices as a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP). She maintains a clinical practice as a CPP on an interdisciplinary care team at Cape Fear Valley Internal Medicine Continuity Clinic in Erwin, NC where she also serves as a Core Faculty Member for the Harnett Health Internal Medicine Residency Program. Along with teaching in several within multiple CPHS programs, Dr. Treadway precepts Ambulatory Care and Geriatrics APPE rotations along with PGY1 pharmacy resident rotations. Dr. Treadway completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency with the Salisbury VA Health Care System and a PGY2 ambulatory care pharmacy residency with Campbell University and Access Healthcare. Her clinical interests include diabetes, dyslipidemia, women’s health, and preventative healthcare.
