Marqiece entered the field on higher education after spending time working in sales. His higher education experience includes time in recreation operations and residential life & housing with experiences at small private, and large public universities. His biggest passion areas of work are staff and leadership development.
Marqiece received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi in and his Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia.
As the Interim Director of Residence Life, Marqiece is responsible for residential education programs, staff management of the department’s Community Assistant staff, and move-in and move-out operations. Marqiece also serves as an instructor for the Campbell University Freshman Seminar (CUFS) and the advisor for the Black Student Association (BSA).
Marqiece likes to spend his free time hiking, playing video games online with friends, and looking for new black-owned businesses to try.
