Martha Bizzell is the Director of Student Success at the Campbell University School of Engineering.
With experience as an engineer, K-12 math/science educator, homeschool parent, museum director and director of engineering summer camps, Martha comes to Campbell equipped to handle a multi-faceted position with skill and will. Teaching K-12 math and science, Martha has taught in public and private schools in Wake and Wilson Counties. Previously, while partnering with the Center for Creative Leadership, Martha has also served as a Golden LEAF mentor to college students. Prior to her work in K-12 education and outreach, Martha was an Industrial Engineer with Merck Pharmaceuticals in Wilson, North Carolina. She has also worked at Burroughs Wellcome and General Electric. Additional certifications include Alpine Towers Low Ropes facilitator and NC Environmental Educator.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Master of Arts in Teaching from North Carolina State University.
