Biography

Richard McKee is an Associate Professor of Music. He received the Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Performance from Birmingham-Southern College, then an MM from Manhattan School of Music and a PhD degree in Musicology from UNC-Chapel Hill. In 1994 he became a Professor of Music at Campbell University, where he is currently Director of Piano Studies and teaches Applied Piano, Music History, Piano Pedagogy, and Piano Literature. In May, 2000, he was selected for the Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award.
