Biography

Robin King-Thiele DO is dual-boarded in Internal Medicine and Hospice/Palliative Medicine. She completed her DO degree at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and Internal Medicine residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus Ohio.

She has more than 20 years of clinical experience including outpatient care, inpatient care, and wound care certification. She has served as a director for a hospitalist practice, and director for a hospice organization.

Dr. King-Thiele is part of the inaugural faculty at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine serving initially as a regional dean for the Goldsboro region, and as Chair for Internal Medicine until 2019. She currently serves as Associate Dean for Postgraduate Affairs since 2016 and DIO for the Campbell University-sponsored Graduate Medical Education programs since 2019. She has been NCOMA president from 2021-2022, and 2022-2023.
