Sara Acosta

Sara Acosta is a 2010 (BA Communication Studies) and 2021 (MA Faith and Leadership Formation) graduate of Campbell University. She served the Office of Spiritual Life as an AmeriCorps VISTA for two years before transitioning into nonprofit leadership in the Triangle, where her calling to pastoral care led her to work in the areas of homelessness harm reduction and social enterprise ministry. In addition to serving on staff at the Divinity School, Sara is currently a Master of Divinity student. She lives in Raleigh with her husband Elliot (BBA ’07) and two boys, Ephraim and Ezra. Outside of work, Sara enjoys reading, traveling, and making memories with her family.
