Biography

Dr. Sarah Christie joined the Department of Exercise Science as the Director of the Athletic Training Program and Associate Professor in August 2015. Dr. Christie is responsible for the oversight of the Athletic Training Program and instructing core athletic training courses. She has presented at national, regional, and state conferences and is an advocate of student research, having mentored students in conducting and presenting their own research at professional conferences. Dr. Christie’s research interests include team-based learning teaching strategies and patient simulation in athletic training education.
