Dr. Dr. T.R. Goins

Biography

Dr. T.R. Goins is an Assistant Professor of Health Sciences in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Campbell University in Lillington, NC. She earned her undergraduate graduate degree in Zoology/Pre-Medical from North Carolina State University. She went onto complete a Masters in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University. Dr. Goins earned her PhD in Health Sciences-Neuroscience from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals. Dr. Goins’ clinical interest is pediatric rehabilitation across the lifespan. Dr. Goins’ research interests include birth brachial plexus injuries, gross motor outcomes based on the timing to damage to the corticospinal tract, gait and mobility outcomes in individuals with cerebral palsy.

Dr. Goins is an advocate and proponent for addressing motor needs across the lifespan.
