Biography

Thomas Bowler serves as an adjunct faculty member at Campbell University, teaching courses in trust and investment analysis at the undergraduate level. Mr. Bowler is a graduate of Campbell, earning both his BA in Business Administration, and his Masters in Trust & Investment Management from the university.

Mr. Bowler brings a wealth of knowledge from the financial industry to the classroom. His most recent positions include having worked as Chief Investment Strategist for PrimeTRUST Advisors where he was responsible for all investment and economic research, recommendations, and reporting for the firm. He also served as an Associate with Mercer, where he worked on numerous investment consultant teams for large or complex clients. During his time with Mercer he successfully navigated a $4.5 billion cash and fixed income portfolio through the 2007-2008 credit crisis for a Mid-Atlantic State Treasury Department.
