K. Victoria Ming joined the Campbell University in December 2016. Victoria brings over two decades of leadership experience working with nonprofits, faith-based organizations, community health centers, state government agencies, private industry and institutions of higher education. Her expertise is in adolescent health, multi-partner research projects focused on community engagement, ethics of research, regulatory compliance and research administration.
Her primary responsibilities at Campbell include establishing research compliance processes and developing procedures that improve policy compliance. Her main focus is on the innovative usage and deployment of information technology.
Victoria received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her Master of Arts from North Carolina Central Univeristy. She is a highly respected speaker in her field and maintains membership with the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA), the Society of Research Administrators International (SRAI), National Organization of Research Development Professionals (NDORP) and the NC Society of Public Health Professionals. In her spare time Victoria enjoys learning new skills, running, soccer and volunteering in her church and community.
