Biography

Zachary Vaskalis completed his PhD from North Carolina State University in Learning and Teaching in STEM, Mathematics & Statistics Education, with a doctoral minor in Statistics in August 2023. Prior to that he had earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, with minors in computer science and physics, from Wilkes University, in 2012 and 2006 respectively.

Since 2013, Zachary has devoted his life and career to the success of the Campbell University Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine, serving as both an administrator in assessment, accreditation, and medical education as well as a faculty member teaching biostatistics to a variety of medical and biomedical science students.
